From April 24-26, FCF is hosting the fifth international gathering of key researchers involved in the investigation of fibrolamellar carcinoma, designed to bring together the fibrolamellar research and treatment community to share research knowledge. All main session presentations and working group discussions are open to researchers only and will be held under a multi-party non-disclosure agreement to encourage the sharing of unpublished information.
However, the event’s introductory keynote presentations are open for virtual participation by the entire fibrolamellar community – patients, caregivers, clinicians and researchers not in attendance. The speakers for this session include:
- Marna Davis, Co-Chairman of FCF (Greetings and introduction)
- Ethan Neumann, UT Southwestern Medical Center (A fibrolamellar carcinoma (FLC) patient’s perspective)
- Razelle Kurzrock, Medical College of Wisconsin [via Zoom] (Precision cancer medicine for rare cancers)
- Daniel Short, Gundersen Health System (A caregiver/parent’s perspective)
