The Fibrolamellar Cancer Foundation hosted this year’s Patient & Family Gathering at the Lake Mansfield Trout Club in Stowe, Vermont on September 13-15, 2025.
The Patient & Family Gathering is a key event on the Foundation calendar. For many years this event has been held in Stowe, VT at no cost to patients and families.
FCF considers gathering patients and families to be part of our mission, as knowing each other and being together brings strength and support to the group. This weekend event is a time for bonding and exchanging advice and information with other members of the fibrolamellar community.
Event details:
The Lake Mansfield Trout Club in Stowe, Vermont is a cozy, rustic lodge with plenty of spaces for conversation, beautiful walking trails and hearty fare. Activities at the Trout Club include hiking, fishing, canoeing, and swimming along with exploring the charming town of Stowe.
The gathering starts with cocktails and dinner Friday evening at 5:00 pm and runs through Sunday breakfast.
Logistics:
The Trout Club is approximately 45 minutes from the Burlington, VT airport.
Transportation to the Burlington, VT airport is at your expense. All rooms, food and airport transfers from the Burlington, VT airport to the Lake Mansfield Trout Club are paid by the Davis family.
Each room has (2) twin beds and bathrooms are shared. Meals are served family style.
