The mission of Elephants and Tea is to help adolescent and young adult (AYA) patients, survivors, and caregivers know they are not alone in their experience with cancer.
Elephants and Tea’s virtual happy hours are held every Friday from 5:30-7:30pm EST starting on 2/2/2024 through 6/28/2024.
While the elephant in the room is cancer, they may occasionally address “that elephant” head-on, but often talk about everything under the sun EXCEPT cancer. The purpose of their two-hour virtual weekly hang outs is to laugh, cry, eat, listen, or just simply enjoy the company of others who “get it”.
Everyone in the AYA cancer community is welcome to attend these sessions as they are, from whatever stage of the process they are in, and from wherever they are!
