FCF warmly thanks Stone Point Capital, and the many sponsors and participants in the 2024 Stone Point Capital Charity Golf Tournament. Since 2009, Stone Point Capital has donated the entire proceeds from this annual fundraising event to FCF. This year’s outing, held on September 30 in Darien, Connecticut, raised over a million dollars to support fibrolamellar research. We sincerely appreciate everyone’s generosity!
Over the years this event has had a tremendous impact on FCF’s ability to drive basic, translational and clinical research into FLC. At the event, Marna and Chuck Davis discussed the personal impact of the disease on their family and the tremendous research progress that is being made. The following video, filmed at FCF’s Patient & Family Gathering in September, was shared with attendees during the Davis’ remarks.
As with all donations to FCF, 100% of the event’s proceeds will directly support critical FLC research. We thank everyone for their support and look forward to making further strides in the search for effective treatments for this devastating disease.
