FCF has partnered with Velsera to develop a user-friendly data repository that offers researchers low-cost access to shared datasets. As part of this initiative, FCF is responsible for compiling and organizing freely available data to support collaborative research. The platform, Cavatica, enables users to create their own projects, manage data, and invite collaborators. It also provides cloud-based tools such as Apps and Data Studios to facilitate large-scale data analysis. By incorporating input from FLC researchers, we aim to establish a streamlined and standardized data analysis workflow that allows for meaningful comparisons across different studies, fostering a more integrated research environment.
